The Consultants Ltd. may connect clients with suitable consultants, advisors, subject-matter experts, legal professionals, or relevant service partners where necessary.

Our services are advisory and consultative in nature. We do not guarantee any fixed result, legal judgment, government approval, settlement, business success, financial recovery, personal resolution, or third-party decision.
The Consultants Ltd. is not an emergency response service.
If you are facing an urgent safety, medical, criminal, domestic violence, or life-threatening situation, you should immediately contact the appropriate emergency authority, law enforcement agency, hospital, or qualified emergency support provider.

If a client is under the age of 18, a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult may be required to complete the registration, provide consent, make payment, and communicate with The Consultants Ltd. on behalf of the minor.

The Consultants Ltd. reserves the right to reject, suspend, pause, or cancel any registration if the submitted information appears inaccurate, incomplete, suspicious, unlawful, abusive, forged, or outside our service capacity.
The registration form may require clients to upload documents such as an NID scan copy, a passport scan copy, an E-TIN scan copy, or other supporting files.
By uploading any document, the client confirms that:

The Consultants Ltd. reserves the right to reject any registration or service request if submitted documents are unreadable, incomplete, inconsistent, expired, suspicious, or not suitable for the requested service.
The client may provide information about parents, children, family members, business partners, association members, employers, employees, opposing parties, or other related persons.
By submitting third-party information, the client confirms that the information is relevant to the requested service and that the client has lawful authority or a reasonable basis to share such information with The Consultants Ltd.
The client agrees not to submit unnecessary, false, defamatory, private, or unlawful information about any third party.
The “Assistance Required” field allows the client to describe the issue or support they need.
The client should provide clear and relevant information only. The client should not submit passwords, banking PINs, card details, unrelated private information, or unnecessary sensitive information unless specifically requested and directly relevant to the service.
The Consultants Ltd. will assess the information provided and may contact the client for further clarification.
The client may be required to select a registration type or service category before choosing a solution package.
The selected registration type/category helps The Consultants Ltd. understand the nature or urgency of the client’s request and assign the appropriate service direction, consultant, advisor, or internal support process.
The Consultants Ltd. reserves the right to reclassify or adjust the service category if the submitted issue does not match the selected category.
After completing the required registration information, the client may choose a suitable solution package from the options displayed on the website.
The available packages may include:
The final package price, features, validity, application limit, and application value displayed on the website or payment page at the time of registration shall apply.
The Consultants Ltd. may update, modify, add, remove, or revise package names, prices, features, limits, validity, and service scopes at any time. Such changes will not affect a confirmed paid package unless required by law or agreed with the client.
The validity period of a selected package begins from the date of successful payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated in writing by The Consultants Ltd.
Once the validity period expires, any unused applications, support access, or package benefits may expire automatically, unless the selected package expressly provides unlimited validity or a written extension is approved by The Consultants Ltd.
Unused applications or benefits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded after the package validity ends.
“Total Applications” means the maximum number of separate applications, files, cases, matters, or service requests that may be processed under the selected package during its validity period.
Each new file, matter, application, or separate service request may be counted as one application.
The Consultants Ltd. reserves the right to determine whether a client’s request falls within the same application or should be treated as a separate application based on the facts, documents, issue type, and service requirements.
“Application Value Per File” refers to the maximum financial, documentary, claim-related, case-related, service-related, or issue-value limit applicable to a single file under the selected package.
This value is used only to define the service level and scope of the selected package.
Application value does not mean that The Consultants Ltd. guarantees any financial return, compensation, claim recovery, approval, judgment, settlement, refund, government decision, business result, legal outcome, or third-party response.
The client may request to upgrade a package by paying the applicable difference in price, subject to approval by The Consultants Ltd.
Package downgrades, partial refunds, or benefit reductions after package activation may not be allowed unless approved by The Consultants Ltd. in writing.
The Consultants Ltd. may refuse a package change request if the selected package has already been used, activated, processed, assigned, or partially delivered.
Before final submission and payment, the client must check the box confirming that they have read and agreed to The Consultants Ltd.’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Before proceeding to final payment, the client may be asked to confirm that they are ready to make payment.
By selecting this option, the client confirms that they voluntarily wish to proceed to the payment stage and understand that the selected package will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
After submitting the registration form and accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, the client may be redirected to a secure payment page or third-party payment gateway.
Payments may be accepted through available methods such as debit card, credit card, mobile financial service, bank transfer, online payment gateway, or other supported payment methods.
The Consultants Ltd. does not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV codes, banking passwords, mobile banking PINs, or sensitive payment authentication details. Such information is handled by the relevant payment gateway, bank, card network, mobile financial service provider, or financial institution.
A registration request, package selection, or service request will not be confirmed until payment is successfully completed, verified, and recorded.
After successful payment, the client may receive confirmation through email, SMS, phone call, dashboard notification, transaction ID, invoice, or payment receipt.
The client should preserve their payment confirmation for future reference.
If payment is deducted but confirmation is not received, the client should contact The Consultants Ltd. with:
The Consultants Ltd. is not responsible for payment delays, failed transactions, pending transactions, gateway downtime, banking interruptions, mobile financial service errors, internet failure, or payment processing issues caused by third-party providers.
If a payment is deducted but not reflected in our system, The Consultants Ltd. will verify the transaction with the relevant payment service provider.
If a duplicate or erroneous payment is confirmed, The Consultants Ltd. may initiate an adjustment or refund according to its refund process and the rules of the relevant payment provider.
A selected package may be activated after payment confirmation and internal verification.
The Consultants Ltd. may contact the client to collect additional information, verify documents, schedule consultation, assign a consultant, or start processing the service request.
Service activation time may depend on payment confirmation, document quality, client response, issue complexity, consultant availability, and operational circumstances.

The Consultants Ltd. will determine the appropriate consultation method based on the client’s issue, selected package, available resources, and service requirements.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delay, suspension, cancellation, or refusal of service.
The client may request cancellation by contacting The Consultants Ltd. through the official contact details.
Cancellation requests must include the client’s full name, registered phone number, selected package, payment proof, and reason for cancellation.
Cancellation approval and refund eligibility will depend on the status of the service, package activation, assessment, document review, consultant assignment, and work already performed.
The Consultants Ltd. may refuse, suspend, or cancel service if:

Payment for any package does not guarantee:
The final outcome of any matter may depend on facts, documents, evidence, applicable law, third-party decisions, government authority, court process, client cooperation, and other factors beyond the control of The Consultants Ltd.
Where a matter involves legal issues, The Consultants Ltd. may provide general legal guidance for necessary steps involved, case direction, documentation support, or referral to qualified legal professionals.
Unless a separate written legal engagement agreement is signed with a licensed legal professional, use of our website, submission of the registration form, or payment for consultation does not automatically create a lawyer-client relationship.
The Consultants Ltd. does not guarantee any legal result, court decision, settlement, approval, or legal remedy.
Business, workplace, and professional consultation provided by The Consultants Ltd. is intended for guidance and decision-support purposes.
The client remains responsible for their own final decisions, actions, investments, agreements, employment decisions, business operations, legal filings, financial commitments, and personal choices.
The Consultants Ltd. shall not be liable for losses arising from independent decisions made by the client after receiving consultation, unless liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Consultants Ltd. respects client confidentiality and takes reasonable steps to protect information submitted through the registration form, uploaded documents, payment confirmation, and consultation process.
However, confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, court order, regulatory authority, payment dispute, fraud prevention, safety concern, or where the client has authorized disclosure.

The client may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially use our content without written permission.
The Consultants Ltd. may communicate with the client through phone call, SMS, email, messaging platform, online meeting, or other contact details provided in the registration form.
The client is responsible for ensuring that contact information is accurate and accessible.
The Consultants Ltd. shall not be responsible for missed communication caused by an incorrect phone number, a wrong email address, an inactive account, a network issue, blocked communication, or unresponsiveness on the client’s end.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Consultants Ltd., its directors, employees, consultants, advisors, representatives, and service partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses arising from the client’s use of our website, form, payment system, consultation service, or reliance on any advice.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific package or service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The Consultants Ltd. shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, internet failures, payment gateway disruptions, government restrictions, system failures, cyber incidents, strikes, illness, emergency, war, civil unrest, or other unforeseen events.

The client’s continued use of the website, registration form, payment system, or services after updates means the client accepts the revised Terms of Service.
